As a new District Manager, you’ll participate in our 50-week training program. It’s a hands-on learning experience that immerses you in the day-to-day operations of ALDI and exposes you to our entire business.

 

As you train and learn all the aspects of being a District Manager, you’ll be entrusted with real power and decision making abilities. You’ll manage millions of dollars in business and oversee numerous teams of employees while making executive-level decisions and driving results.

 

Responsibilities
